Passive Marine Antenna

Teknobil Passive Marine Antenna is an omni-directional antenna specially designed and developed by TEKNOBİL for maritime applications of satellite communication in 1500-1700 MHz. The antenna provides an omni directional pattern in the azimuth plane while providing a considerably wide half power beam width in the elevation plane.

The antenna has been designed as having wide beam width (more than 180 degrees for some models) to be able to provide good reception in the whole Thuraya coverage
area, even in the low elevation regions as low as
10 degrees. The wide beam width of the antenna
also provides a very good reception performance for marine
platforms during rolling of the vessels in bad weather conditions.

Teknobil Passive Marine Antenna has been fully tested and approved for operation with Teknobil Next line of accessories and Teknobil Smart Vehicle Tracking System (SVTS) products.
